What are the steps after we fill out the form?
Once you submit the contact form, I will review your information and respond within 24-48 hours. We will then set up a discovery call or meeting to discuss your needs and ideas in more detail. This initial conversation is a great opportunity to ensure we’re a good fit and to outline the scope and vision of your project.
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
Absolutely! Even if you haven’t set a date yet, reaching out early is a great idea. We can discuss potential timeframes and I can provide you with information on availability and booking. This also gives us plenty of time to plan and ensure that we can fully capture the vision for your event or project once you finalize the date.
Are the travel fees included in your packages?
Travel fees are not included in the base price of my packages. I am based in Philadelphia but available to travel for events and projects. Specific travel fees vary depending on the location and duration of the event. Please reach out with your event details, and I will provide a customized quote that includes travel expenses. This ensures transparency and no surprises down the line!
